  • Who is sent to my house to do the work?

    Michael and his team of professional roofers carry out the roofing jobs personally. There is no third party involved.

  • Can I get a estimate or price quote for my job?

    Once we have done a thorough inspection of the fault, we will provide you with a quote that includes the cost of the materials and number of hours required to complete the job.

  • How can I schedule an appointment with Pitcher Perfect Roofing?

    You can book an appointment by either calling us or filling out an enquiry form on the website.

  • What should I have at our first meeting for my project?

    Give us a thorough explanation of the issue or concerns so we know what to look for when inspecting the roof. Keep any architecture plans ready so that we can understand how the roof was constructed the first time.

  • Does Pitcher Perfect Roofing have a guarantee?

    We provide a 10 year workmanship guarantee for all roofing work that is carried out. You will also be eligible for product warranties on materials used during the roofing project.

  • What special materials or items will be need to be purchased for my job?

    Once we have done a thorough inspection of the job, we will advise you of any special materials required for the job. The cost of the materials will be included in the quote and we will source all the materials most of the time unless stipulated.

  • How can I pay my invoice?

    Just click on the link that says 'Pay My Bill' which will redirect you to the Xero website. Create a login for yourself and then type in the invoice number. Once you have found your invoice you can choose to pay via credit card or bank transfer
